Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Crystal tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
